A little twist to the circuit training today. No clock timer. We just kept doing a station until the person with the tire and chains finished.
Means a little more work…at times.
First: 11 Station Circuit
2 Cycles, Max Reps for as long as it takes the person doing the Tire Pull Curls to go down and back!
