This was our Monday workout, 11/16/09. Still gotta work on these post titles.  I refer to having 2 warm ups cause the intensity just happened to ramp up that way. Heck some folks can’t hang with our warm ups! And to be honest our warm ups used to be much much easier. We had to ramp up the warm ups to ramp up the overall workout intensity!

Warm up:

Inchworms for 25 yards followed by Lunges for 25 yards…not to terribly tough.

Warm up Warm up:

5 sets of 20 reps – Squats, Pushups, Burpees…Now these were kinda hard!

Workout Cycle 1:

2 partners doing 4 exercise stations for 1 minute cycles doing 8 reps as fast as possible. The only rest was while the partner was repping out or the transition to the next station.

Floor Pull ups, Triceps Gold Tband, DB Incline Press, Slide board reach outs.

Workout Cycle 2:

2 partners doing 4 exercise stations for 1 minute cycles doing 8 reps as fast as possible. The only rest was while the partner was repping out or the transition to the next station.

Plate raises, DB curls, Close hands pushups, Cross opposite foot to hand.

Core Stuffola:

50 crunches followed by 50 Leg raises

Then…75 crunches followed by 75 Leg raises

And finally…100 crunches followed by 100 Leg raises

Again lots of folks will go on and on about how you don’t need to do so many reps…in one sense they are correct…in another sense…well most of them just couldn’t do them anyway.

Here’s the vid…
