7:00 Saturday Morning Workout

Yesterday our work out started at 7:00 in the morning.  I usually get to work between 6:00 to 6:30 so it wasn’t really an early morning mentally but it was physically. So yeah…we did a very basic warm up…the to our usual more intense warm up before the regular exercise cycles.

Warm Up: Jog 100 yards, Push ups 15-20, Prone alternate foot to hand, Supine alternate foot to hand, Squats, seated hamstring stretch, bicycles, knee bend to straight hamstring stretch, straight leg kick 50 yards.

Warm Up Warm Up: Inchworms, Cobra Inchworms, Push up position walking, Spiderman crawls

Main Workout: 2 cycles of 12 reps each exercise followed by 10 Burpees

1 arm DB press/Burpees

Supine pullups/Burpees

Upright rows/Burpees

Tband Side laterals/Burpees

Next: After all that we were not close enough to an hour…so we did 50 yards of short lunges and 50 yards of long lunges.

Core: Every exercise was done for 50 reps…elbows to knees, alternate hand to foot, leg raises, crunches, legs extended knees to elbows, side leg raises.

Yeah that was just about enough for an early Saturday morning!
