OK, OK….its been a few weeks since the last post. Well I caught my first cold in over a year and apparently my body decided to call it quits…at least until this workout. So I had to come back with something tough. That’s just the way it had to be. I couldn’t just start back s-l-o-w-l-y! That’s just not the way JONESERCISE works!
When we work out there is always a script to follow but it is always loose enough to make changes along the way. That’s how this one developed. It just occurred to me that we could do nothing but body weight exercises…which we’ve done before…but this time with 100 reps for everything. We had never done it like this but once over…yeah I’m thinking…200 reps…+++!!!

This is the workout from 12/19/09.
Warm Up: Toe Hops Tabata style. So you simply hop up and down on your toes…as fast as you can…for as many reps as you can. 20 second on, 10 seconds off…total of 8 cycles. Burns like crazy. It was during these that I decided to do the “100s’.
100 reps of the following:
1. Push Ups
4. Leg Raises
6. Alternate Hand to Leg
7. Tables 100 seconds
8. Side Planks 100 seconds each side
9. Planks 100 seconds
