Randy Takes Over

So Randy decides he wants to come up with a work out. Not a problem. One less thing for me to think about. This workout took place  before Christmas (12/23/09) so I got to wear my Merry KISSmas shirt again. Time now to pack it up for next year!

Randy basically decides to do every hard thing in one work out. Wasn’t much fun but was effective!

Warm Up: Get up Sit up/Burpee combo for 20 reps. Very tough for a warm up!

Next: Pushing the sleds. Not using a lot of weight this time. Just a couple of plates. Randy was looking for “pace”. Just a nice steady, fast as you can pace! 4 x 25 yards.

Next: Dumbell Inchworms 25 yards.

Next: Dumbell Inchworms With a Row 25 yards.

Next: Weighted lunges for 25 yards with DB curls for 10 reps every third of the way.

Next: Weighted lunges for 25 yards with DB presses for 10 reps every third of the way.

Next: “Suicides” 4 x 25 yards or 60 burpees. I’m the only one that did the burpees because my knee won’t let me run right now…maybe after an upcoming surgery!

Next: Standing Plate Twists 3 x 10 to each side.

Core Stuff: Alternate hand to foot, lemon squeezers, bicycles, seated leg raises, see saws all for 50 reps followed by a 2 minute plank!
