This will be a very short post. Why? Well it isn’t because we had a short workout. The workout lasted somewhere around 45 – 65 minutes depending upon the person. We did only 3 bodyweight exercises…12 sets of 25 reps for each exercise…300 reps total for each exercise and no fancy equipment!
Yep it was a cardio nutty thing to do…another one of those workouts that tend to bring up what you had for lunch…yesterdays’ lunch!
The exercise cycle started with Squats then Push Ups and finishing with Burpees. The process was repeated 12 times. Wasn’t fun. However…was effective! Get off your treadmill and do this!
