This is another workout that didn’t look so hard on paper but it was! Of course the good thing is we got through it!
I bought some furniture slides at Lowes for about 10 bucks per pack of 4. Came up with a few things and I’m sure I’ll come up with more later.
Music by The Beatles. T-shirt…just some random, but clean, shirt out of my closet.
Warm Up: Toe Hops for 2 minutes followed by Inchworms for 50 yards. It’s getting easier folks!
Next: Didn’t have a good name for the next move. So I named it (for now) “Stiff legged Crawl” with the furniture slides. You’ll really have to check out the video on this one. It looks easier than it is. We did 50 yards worth…forwards and backwards.
Next: Lunge then Knee to Opposite Elbow. Kinda a Muay Thai knee to your own face! 3 sets of 25 on each side.
Next: Sumo Squat Knee to Elbow. 3 Sets of 10 to each side.
Next: 50 Squats with gold theraband around the ankles. 50 “prisoner” squats with same.
Next: Partner Glute Ham Raises. 3 sets of 10. Awesome exercise. Killer for Hammys, glutes and low back.
Next: Parallel Wall Sit Straight Leg Raises. 3 sets 10 on both sides. This is really harder than it looks especially after all the other leg stuff!
Next:10 Push Up variations at 10 reps per exercise.

Core: Actually a lot of what we do during the hour hits the core. This is more “ab” related. Medicine ball stuff.
