The workout for 6/28/2010.

Since the last workout was emphasizing the lower body I decided to get the legs a break and break the upper body.

Still some great conditioning work since we change it up every time. Never gets boring!

Music: From Zero. T-Shirt: Cage Fighter.

Warm Up: Didn’t really do one. We just launched into the circuits!

Exercise Circuit 1: 8 exercises, 30 seconds each station, Max reps. Only rest is getting from one station to the other. 3 cycles.

  1. DB Incline Press
  2. Inverted Rows
  3. Squats
  4. Vertimax Side Laterals
  5. Push Ups Hopping on a Riser
  6. Deadlifts
  7. Ab pullins on slideboard
  8. Tband Triceps Pushdowns

Exercise Circuit 2: 7 exercises, 30 seconds each station, Max reps. Only rest is getting from one station to the other. 2 cycles.

  1. BB Curls
  2. Inverted Rows with Underhand Grip
  3. DB Curls
  4. Dumbbell Triceps Extensions (French Curls)
  5. Vertimax Front Raises
  6. Feet Pullins on slideboard
  7. Tband Triceps overhead

Core/Abs:

  1. Crunches 50
  2. Upper Quarter Windshield Wipers 25 Each Side
  3. Horizontal Leg Raises 25 Each Side
  4. Knee to Opposite Elbow 25 Each Side
  5. Reverse Crunch Hip Ups 25
