This is the workout for 7/17/2010.

Apparently after I edited the video I totally forgot to create a post about the workout. So this will be the first post out of order since I started the blog.

Of course we all know that the order really doesn’t matter in the big scheme of things. We do something different every single time so not a real big deal…but it does slow down my editing of tonight’s video (7/21/2010).

Music: Clutch. T-Shirt: Lifeguard…from Fort Walton Beach Florida…can’t wait for my next trip!

First: Toe Hops for 1.5 minutes…burns the calves and we’ll be building a big fire today.

Second:Push Up Circuit #1. 2 cycles, 10 reps each station, 7 stations.

  1. Balance discs
  2. Bosu Upside Down
  3. Bosu Right Side Up
  4. Air Ex Pads
  5. Theraball on the Wall
  6. Square Balance Board
  7. Round Balance Board

Third: Toe Hops again for 1.5 minutes…continual burn.

Fourth: Repeat of the Push Up Circuit above.

Fifth: More Toe Hops for 1.5 minutes…perpetual burn.

Sixth: Squat Circuit #1. 2 cycles, 10 reps each station, 6 stations.

  1. Balance discs
  2. Bosu Upside Down
  3. Bosu Right Side Up
  4. Air Ex Pads
  5. Square Balance Board
  6. Round Balance Board

Seventh: Even more Toe Hops for 1.5 minutes…burning burn.

Eighth: Repeat of Squat Circuit above.

Ninth: Single Leg Squats 50 on each leg.

Tenth: Core/Abs. Isometric holds for something different. All exercises were held for 50 seconds.

  1. Crunch Hold
  2. Mid Level Leg Raise Hold
  3. Side Crunch Hold
  4. Up the Middle Crunch Hold
  5. Leg Raise Hip Up Hold
  6. High Leg Raise
  7. Low Leg Raise
