This is the workout from 8/25/2010.

The body is sore from top to bottom after this sweatbusting workout.Try it you probably won’t like it.

We tackled some familiar exercises in some different ways all to further intensify the workout.

Always have to keep trying to change things up. Don’t want to get too boring!

Warm Up: Inchworms for 25 yards. We haven’t done these in a while so doing them again was a bit of a chore. We threw in 5 push ups at each stop. We followed up the inchworms with Long Lunges for 25 yards.

Next: Squat Variations. 4 x 25 for four cycles of four different squat variations.

These were harder than they look. The thighs really take a beating!

  1. 1/4 squats
  2. Rock bottom squats
  3. Parallel squats
  4. Full squats

Next: Push Up Variations. 4 x 25 for four cycles of four different push up variations.

  1. 1/4 at the top
  2. 1/4 at the bottom
  3. Regular push up
  4. Ground up push up

Next: We had a few extra minutes before we  would be doing core/abs.

A finisher conditioning little circuit.

Actually a medicine ball slam and jump rope circuit. 3 rope, 4 balls. Each station was done for 30 seconds.

Next: Core/Abs

  1. Crunches 50
  2. Knees to Elbows 50
  3. Leg Raises 50
  4. Alternate foot to hand 25 each side
  5. Side Crunches 25 each side
  6. Reverse Crunch 25
