As usual some different things are going on in this workout.
Sure we did some circuit training but adding different “ingredients” to make our program “taste” as good as it gets!
Some of this was so good that we will definitely do a few of these moves again!
First: A mobility warm up. Just to get the joints moving.25 yards of each one.
- Walking Hip Hinge Rotations
- Long Lunge Lean Backs
- High Rising Kicks
This is much harder than it sounds or looks!
- Jump Rope
- Push Ups
- Jumping Ball Slams
Third: Some leg stuff!
Single Leg Squats 33 reps each one:
- 1/4 from the top
- 1/4 from the bottom
Chair Squats: 100 reps
- Leg Raises 50
- Randy Rockers 25
- Randy Side Crunch 25 each side
- Side Plank Side Leg Raises 15 Each side
