This is the workout for 9/22/2010.

The thighs were still burning from Mondays workout.

So what do we do today? Do we continue to let the legs rest?

Do we skip the workout and head to B.Merrells’?

I think not. I think we’ll just blast the legs again…just to see what happens.

Weeeellll…it didn’t kill us. Let’s just say that!

Warm Up: Toe hops for 2 minutes. A real calf burner!

Next: Mountain climbers 25 reps each side. These will get your heart rate up.

Next: Squat complex: 14 stations, 3 cycles of 10 reps. 420 total reps. The only rest you get is getting to the next station.

  2. Squat with ball overhead
  3. Squat squeeze/hold forearm thing
  4. Squat on Bosu up
  5. Squat on Bosu down
  6. Squat on discs
  7. Squat heel up
  8. Squat toes up
  9. Squat on incline board
  10. Squat on wood balance thing
  11. Squat on Airex pads
  12. Squat jumps
  13. Squat body weight
  14. Squat Tband Upper Back

Next: Monster Walks 50 yards worth of each type.

  1. Alternate Foot to Hand 25 Each Side
