This is Saturday’s workout, 10/23/2010.

This is the second workout after an entire week off. And I could tell.

Of course that doesn’t mean that I would take pity on myself…or anyone else for that matter.

No. Not at all. Hence the Body Beatdown.

We haven’t done one of our circuits since 10/2. So back to a killer circuit along with some body-weight stuff and core/abs of course.

And that’s what I felt like after it was over!

First: An Exercise Circuit. 9 Stations, 30 seconds at each station for maximum reps.

  1. Inverted Rows
  2. Vertimax Laterals
  3. DB Incline Press
  4. Upright Rows
  5. Bosu Squat
  6. Forward Run Aerobic Step
  7. Plate Raises
  8. Jump Rope
  9. Ab Pullins on Slide Board

Next: Push Ups and Leg Stuff

  1. 25 Incline Chair Push Ups
  2. Step Ups 25 Each Leg
  3. 20 Incline Chair Push Ups
  4. One Leg Squat 25 Each Leg
  5. 15 Incline Chair Push Ups


  1. Crunches 50
  2. Leg Raises Top 25
  3. Leg Raises Bottom 25
  4. Leg Raises Middle 25
  5. Leg Raises Full 25
  6. Alternate Foot to Hand 25 Each Side
  7. Knees to Elbows 25
  8. Seated Leg Raises 25
  9. Lemon Squeezers 25
  10. One Leg Lemon Squeezers 25 Each Side
