This is the workout for 11-30-2010.

The quads are sore from yesterday from all the jumping around. Calves too.

I think we’ll burn ’em up again!

This is another all body weight conditioning workout. Anyone can do this at home.

You got a body…you got a gym!

Music: Sonata Arctica. T-Shirt: Green Eggs and Ham.

Warm Up: Yeah. We did one.

  1. 20 Regular Push ups – 1 minute Table
  2. 20 Squats – 1 minute Table
  3. 20 Burpees – 1 minute Table
  4. 15 Regular Push ups – 1 minute Plank
  5. 15 Squats – 1 minute Plank
  6. 15 Burpees – 1 minute Plank
  7. 10 Regular Push ups – 30 sec Side Plank each Side
  8. 10 Squats – 30 sec Side Plank each Side
  9. 10 Burpees – 30 sec Side Plank each Side

Next: 365 reps of stuff. Why 365 reps? Because it’s someones year “anniversary” with JONESERCISE!

  1. 100 Ground Up Push Ups
  2. 100 Squats
  3. 100 Quarter Jumps
  4. 65 Burpees

Next: Variety of Push Ups…only 10 reps each!

  1. Regular Push Ups
  2. Wide Hand Position
  3. Narrow Hand Position
  4. “Diamond”
  5. Cobra
  6. Rotating
  7. “Jumping”
  8. Clapping
  9. Full Range with pause at the top and bottom

And that’s it! What no core? Core was actually stimulated throughout the workout!
