Our last Jack LaLanne Tribute workout was tough. It was good to have a recovery day.

I still had some residual effects today but we gotta train on.

The birthday girl came back today after missing a couple of sessions. So today became a makeup day doing another birthday bodyweight blast!

And remember 48 is still the magic number.

First: Running…not fun…especially doing it like this.

  1. 300 yards
  2. 250 yards
  3. 200 yards
  4. 150 yards
  5. 100 yards
  6. 100 yards
  7. 100 yards

That’s 12 football fields folks. So what does that have to do with “48”?

It’s also 48 twenty five yard runs.

Second: More “48” Conditioning

  1. Single Leg Squats 24 Each Leg
  2. Burpees 48
  3. Single Leg Squats 24 Each Leg
  4. Burpees 48

Third: Squat Variations 48 Reps Each

  1. Rock Bottom
  2. Upper
  3. Parallel
  4. Full Range

Core/Abs:

  1. Bridge – 48 sec.
  2. Unilateral Bridge – 48 seconds Each Leg
  3. Table – 48 sec
  4. Table One Leg Straight – 48 seconds each side
  5. Table One Leg Up – 48 seconds each side
