Exhausting…

My legs aren’t as sore as I would have expected from the last workout but my biceps are still burning. I shoulda known…a lot of the last workout was a static bicep load! It just wasn’t that bad at the time.

Time to change up some things…again…as always!

Let’s start doing the core/abs first. Why not?

Medicine Ball Core/Abs:

10 balls were used…lots of reps here.

  1. Sit Up Ball Side To Side, 5 reps, pass the ball to the right
  2. Legs Wide Ball To Feet, 5 reps each side, pass the ball to the right
  3. Seated Leg Raises Ball Overhead, 10 reps, pass the ball to the right
  4. Lemon Squeezers Ball Overhead, 10 reps, pass the ball to the right

Something for the upper body/core:

Push ups on balls. 5 reps each ball, 10 balls.

Something for the legs and upper body:

Quarter Squat Jumps 4 sets 25

Oh yeah! You could feel the burn with this one.

Not only in the legs but the lungs!

Ground Up Push Ups 4 sets 25

Start with your body on the floor. Do a push up.

Then all the way down to the floor again.

Before you do the next push up you pick your hands up off the floor.

And repeat…a lot! The time on the floor is not a rest period!!

Something for the legs (again):

Chair Squats 5 sets 100 reps

Simple exercise. You stand up. You sit down. Repeat.

500 times.

Yep…that’s 500 reps.

500…

It’s only a number.
