Some folks got more sore in the legs after the last workout than the first Plate and Chair workout.

Not sure why.

And it really doesn’t matter. We’re gonna keep on keepin on anyway.

And of course in an unconventional manner.

Why unconventional?

I like it that way.

Pure and simple.

We blast the lower body with squats the past 2 workouts so how about doing it again? Conventional? I think not!

The Workout:

Squat and Upright Rows 100 Reps

Squat and Standing Triceps Ext 100 Reps

Squat and Jumps 100 Reps

Squat and Front Raises 100 Reps

Squat with Bicep Isometric 100 Reps

500 Reps again!

And that was it. Well it was going to be but Randy wanted to do some squat isometric holds with the plate. So why not?

1/4 Squat Holding Plate 20 Seconds

1/3 Squat Holding Plate 20 Seconds

Parallel Squat Holding Plate 20 Seconds

Now that was enough!
