So last time was all body weight. This time we’ll use some equipment.

Time to get the circuit training going again. This time maybe 2 circuits!

Beginning:

Medicine Ball Core/Ab Stuff

  1. Sit Up/Twist 5 Reps Pass Ball to the Right
  2. Sit Up/Twist 5 Reps Pass Ball to the Left
  3. Sitting Leg Raises Ball Overhead 10 Reps Pass Ball to the Right

Middle:

       Circuit 1:

10 Exercises, 30 Seconds at each station for Maximum Reps, 2 Cycles

  • DB Incline Presses
  • Inverted Rows
  • BB Curls
  • 3 Weighted Jump Rope Stations
  • Ball On The Wall Push Ups
  • Plate Raises
  • Ab Pullins
  • Windshield Wipers

       Circuit 2:

10 Exercises, 30 Seconds at each station for Maximum Reps, 2 Cycles

  • DB Curls
  • Triceps Bench Dips
  • Plate Rows
  • Vertimax Laterals
  • Ab Pullins (feet)
  • 3 Weighted Jump Rope Stations
  • Plate Presses
  • BB Rows

End:

Just a few more core/ab thingys cause we had a few more minutes to burn.
