That “chair” workout the other day was shocking.

Today we’ll continue with some awe-inspiring conditioning work.

Warm Up: Agility Ladder

Sometimes the agility ladder drills and just be a warm up.

But not today.

Usually we use 2 ladders together. We doubled that for this workout.

You never know how much harder something can be until you double it.

So total length was 60 feet worth of ladder…I should say “ladders”!

We did several drills and the sweat was pouring.

Crunches and Leg Raises 50 Each

Knees to Elbows 50 with a 50 Yard Run

Alternate Hand to Foot 50 with a 50 Yard Run

Seated Leg Raises 50 with a 50 Yard Run

Side Crunches 25 Each Side with a 50 Yard Run

Reverse Crunches 50 with a 50 Yard Run

Lemon Squeezers 50 with a 50 Yard Run

Heel to Hand 25 Each Side with a 50 Yard Run

Heel to Both Hands 25 Each Side with a 50 Yard Run

Up the Middle Crunch 50 with a 50 Yard Run

Side Crunches Version 2, 25 Each Side with a 50 Yard Run

Hip Ups 50 with a 50 Yard Run

That be 5 ½ football fields worth of running between all the core/ab work.
