Heck of a conditioning workout last time.
This Saturday morning started kinda slow but progressed nicely.
We used furniture sliders.
Oh you could pay a pretty penny for some “special ones”. Or just make a trip to Lowe’s.
The furniture sliders from Lowe’s are much better (and cheaper).
First: Just to get some blood pumping…
Agility Ladder Drills
We did a variety of drills.
But left the upper body off today.
We used the furniture sliders for the rest of the workout.
Something different that’s for sure!
There are not specific names for the moves we did. So you can read this post but be sure to see the video for the specific movement.
Foot Slides 10 Sets of 10 Reps
One Leg Slides 50 Reps On Each Side
Forearm Slides 50 Reps On Each Side
Bridge Slides 10 Sets of 10 Reps
And tough enough to add more stuff!
