Body Weight Sweatfest!

86th workout of the year, 8/17/2011.

Music: Johnny Winter And, Band of Gypsys. T-Shirt: Ft. Walton Beach.

Today we leave the weights alone.

It’s an all body weight workout.

And it works!

First:

Toe Hops for 2 minutes

Simply hop up and down on your toes…for 2 minutes.

Second:

Single Leg Squats 50 Each Leg

Simply sit in a chair and then stand up…on one leg.

Repeat.

Third:

Toe Hops for 2 minutes

See Above.

Fourth:

Chair Step Ups 50 Each Leg

Simply put a foot in a chair.

Stand up onto the chair.

Repeat.

Fifth:

Toe Hops for 2 minutes

Is it burning yet?

Sixth:

Ground Up Push Ups 4 x 25

1 Minute Plank Between Each Set

Seventh:

Bottoms Up Squats 4 x 25

Alternate Arm/Leg Plank

30 Seconds Each Side

Between Each Set

Eighth:

Crunches 100

Leg Raises 100
