Anyone miss us?

First workout in 2 weeks. Coming off of a bit of pneumonia…which means a loss of a bit of weight, a bit of dehydration, fatigue…

So I just wonder how this day will workout…workout wise that is…

Time for a COMEBACK!!

Might as well just jump right in and do stuff no one likes doing…burpees!

First: Burpees 

2 sets of 25

Second: Medicine Ball Core/Ab Stuff

13 Ball of varying weights, 4 – 12 pounds.

Sit Up, Ball Side to Side 5 Reps Each Ball

Ball To Feet 5 Reps Each Ball

Feet Up/Legs Apart Ball Crunch 5 Reps Each Ball

Third: Burpees

2 sets of 25

Fourth: Push Ups

The Ground Up Kind

4 Sets of 25

Fifth: Burpees

2 sets 25

Sixth: More Medicine Ball Core/Ab Stuff

13 Ball of varying weights, 4 – 12 pounds.

Seated Leg Raises , Ball Overhead 10 Reps Each Ball

Lemon Squeezers, 10 Reps Each Ball

Seventh: Burpees

2 Sets of 25

Eighth: Jump Stuff

Jump Up/Jump Out Drill

2 x 25 Yards

Ninth: Chair Squats

100 of them.

Wasn’t fun.

Tenth: Stretching

Just a variety of stretches…optional…
