60 Minute Abs

97th workout of the year, 10/1/2011.

What to do? What to do? What to do?

How about a bunch of ab work?

Sounds good to me!

But 8 minutes abs? 7 minute abs? 6 minute abs?

Not at all! We’ll go the full 60 minutes!

Some would ask, “Why”?

I would answer, “Why not?!

All Ball 60 Minute Abs!

9 Medicine Balls

Weights ranging from 4 – 12 pounds

You do the exercise for the prescribed about of reps then pass the ball to the right. So your body will be hit by a variety of weights from a variety of angles.

  1. Seated Leg Raises Ball Overhead 10 Reps
  2. Seated Leg Raises Ball In One Hand Overhead 5 Reps Each Hand
  3. Lemon Squeezers Ball Overhead 10 Rep
  4. Lying Leg Raises Ball in Outstretched Arms 10 Reps
  5. Full Sit Up Ball Hits The Middle 5 Reps Each Ball
  6. Seated Ball to Foot 5 Rep Each Side
  7. Lying Leg Raises Ball in Outstretched Arm 5 Reps Each Hand
  8. Full Sit Up Ball in the Middle 5 Reps Each Ball
  9. Sit Up Ball Side to Side 5 Reps Each Ball
  10. Crunches Ball up the Middle 5 Reps Each Ball
  11. Feet in the Air, Ball to Foot, 5 Reps Each Side
  12. One Leg Straight/One Leg Bent Ball Crunches 5 Reps Each Side
  13. One Leg Bent/One Leg Straight Foot On Floor Ball Crunches 5 Reps Each Side
  14. Jackknives 5 Reps Each Ball
  15. One Leg Bent/One Leg Straight Foot Off Floor Ball Crunches 5 Reps Each Side
