More Circuit Training! What can I say?

Didn’t I just say that the last time?

Well…apparently we are doing another circuit. This one emphasizes the legs, glutes and core.

All about the butt (almost)!

As always, this circuit workout is different than the previous circuits.

(I think I said that the last time as well!)

First: Today’s Circuit

8 Stations, 3 Cycles

30 Seconds each stations for max reps

Stool Slides

Rear Leg Raises On Ball

Single Leg Squat

Step Ups

DB Squats

Hip Ext w/Gold Theraband

Bench Hip Raises

Hamstring Pullins w/Ball

Second: Lunges

Long Lunges Plate Overhead 25 Yards

Short Lunges Plate Overhead 25 Yards

Third: Tables and Bridges

Seems easy enough…it isn’t. These will work the hams, glutes, front of the lower legs, abs.

You hold the table or bridge position for 30 seconds then your rest period is only a few seconds. Just enough time to get out of the position and back into it again.

You do this for 5 minutes in both the table and bridge positions.

Fourth: 50 Crunches and Leg Raises
