105th workout of the year, 10/25/2011.

Getting back to an almost all body weight program.

This workout doesn’t look too bad on paper (or the monitor).

But it was…and continues to be.

I wish I could get paid from residual soreness.

Simple little program.

You take 10 exercises.

You do each for 5 minutes.

You do 1 rep every 15 seconds.

You “rest” in the up or mid positions.

See sounds easy.

Just try one of them.

C’mon…I dare ya!

Push Up



Plate Press

Sit Up

Plate Curl

Chair Bridge

Seated Leg Raise

Flying Squirrel

Heel Raise
