The day before Thanksgiving!

The lights are on in the new place.

Had the workout just a few hours earlier so we could all get on our way.

We’ll have some equipment trickling in over the next few weeks.

Everything from tires to flooring to medicine balls to dumbbells to homemade stuff.

Today was all about getting back to some circuit training.

First Circuit: 11 Stations

30 Sec Each Station, Max Reps, 2 Cycles

  1. Ball Overhead Squat
  2. Incline Sit Ups
  3. DB Press
  4. Forearm Roller
  5. Leg Raises Med Ball in Outstretched Arms
  6. Bulgarian Bag Squats
  7. Chair Jump Squats
  8. Decline Push Ups
  9. R/L Sprawl w/Heavy Bag
  10. Lemon Squeezers
  11. Sit Up Side to Side w/Med Ball

Second Circuit: 11 Stations

30 Sec Each Station. Max Reps, 2 Cycles

  1. Triceps Bench Dips
  2. Incline Twist w/Med Ball Sit Ups
  3. DB Curls
  4. Forearm Roller Underhanded
  5. Seated Leg Raises Ball Overhead
  6. Bulgarian Bag Twists
  7. Chair Jump Squats
  8. Incline Push Ups
  9. R/L Kick w/Heavy Bag
  10. Chair Leg Raises
  11. Med Ball to Feet

Core/Abs:

Crunches 3 x 50

Leg Raises 3 x 50
