All Body Weight Workout With Core Emphasis

I hate the name of this post!

On the other hand it says exactly what we did.

We got back to pure basics.

Tonight we had another all body weight workout.

It’s another one of those workouts that looks easy on paper.

Wasn’t the toughest workout but it wasn’t the easiest either.

This is a workout that can be done anywhere.

That is…if you dare.

First Sequence:

4 x 25 Reps of Each Exercise

Crunches

Leg Raises

Squats

Push Ups

Second Sequence:

4 x 25 Reps of Each Exercise

Bent Knee Sit Ups

Seated Leg Raises

Wide Squats

Wide Push Ups

Third Sequence:

4 x 25 Reps of Each Exercise

Straight Leg Sit Ups

Lemon Squeezers

Feet Together Squats

Close Hand Push Ups

So you can see we got a lot of work done tonight.

The trouble is…well we actually had a bit more time left.

So you know what that means.

Yes! Do more stuff!

Fourth: Push Ups and More
