A little bit of everything today.

Some body weight stuff just to get the blood flowing.

Then onto a circuit.

Then back to some body weight ab/core stuff!

First: Some Body Weight Stuff

I guess you could call this a warm up…or a workout. It really just depend on how conditioned you already are.

Chair Squats 50

Chair Push Ups 25

Chair Leg Raises 50

All the above for 4 cycles.

Second: 7 Station Circuit Training

30 Sec Each Station, Max Reps, 3 Cycles

Crunches

Windshield Wipers

Ball Wall Squats

DB Curls

Ab Pullins on Slide board with push up

Bulgarian Bag Twist

Incline Sit Up w/Med Ball

Third: Core/Abs

Short Knees to Elbows 25

Long Knees to Elbows Head Up 25

Long Knees to Elbows Head Up/Down 25

Short Bicycles 25

Long Bicycles 25

Short Alt Hand to Foot 25

Long Alt Hand to Foot 25

Rockers 25
