Another small turn out after Christmas.

People must be going to the after Christmas sales.

Simple, all abs and core today.

The Beginning: All Tabata Stuff

You remember what that means!

20 seconds on, 10 off, 8 cycles per exercise.

Tabata Crunches

Tabata Leg Raises

Tabata Leg Spreaders

Tabata Seated Leg Raises

Tabata Lemon Squeezers

Next: Side Plank

1 rep every 5 seconds for a minute on each side.

Third: Push Up Position

Just get in a push up position.

Hold it…

For 3 minutes.

Sounds easy, doesn’t it?
