The all agility ladder workout last time was actually a little tough.

I’ll have to add something to it. Just gotta.

Even got a little sore. Didn’t see that coming.

So today, as usual, time for something different.

Another return to circuit training…with a twist.

First: 9 Station Circuit

Max Reps, 30 Seconds

But hey you’ve done that before.

Yep but this time we added something.

How about a Wall Run? 10 sec on/10 Sec off 4 times after each exercise station.

  • Battling Chains
  • Plate Upright Rows
  • Ball in Front Squats
  • Ball Overhead Squats
  • KB Swings
  • DB Curl
  • Bulgarian Bag Swings
  • Keg Hamstring Pullins
  • Keg Push Up/Press/Burpee

Second: 9 Station Circuit

Max Reps, 30 Seconds

But hey you’ve done that before.

Yeah. Like just above this.

But again we added something different. Something we hadn’t done in the past.

It turns out that it was pretty awful.

Planks between each station. But not just a regular old plank.

Plank 30 Seconds

Push Up Position Plank 30 Seconds

The a push up and return to a plank again.

3 cycles. It wasn’t bad the first couple of times.

Then it got terrible!
