All Balls, All Core!

26th workout of the year, 3/14/2012.

Small group today. Sometimes it just works out that way.

So decided to do an all abdominal and core day.

Will Balls.

8 – 22 pound balls.

Those balls are plenty heavy!

First:

Balls 8 – 22 pounds

Sit Up Ball Twists 5 Reps Each Ball

Sit Up Ball to Side/Middle/Side w/Feet Up 5 Reps Each Ball

Sit Up Lemon Squeezer 5 Reps Each Ball

Second:

Balls 8 – 22 pounds

Leg Raises Ball Overhead 10 Reps Each Ball

Ball to Feet 10 Reps Each Ball

Ball Toss to Feet 5 Reps Each Ball

Full Leg Raises Ball to Feet 5 Reps Each Ball

Third:

Balls 8 – 22 pounds

Seated Legs Up Ball Twists 10 Reps Each Ball

Seated Leg Raises Ball Overhead 10 Reps Each Ball

Seated Leg Raises Ball Overhead in one hand 10 Reps Each Ball

Fourth:

Balls 8 – 22 pounds

Ball Between Knees Crunch 10 Reps Each Ball

Ball Side Crunch to one Side 10 Reps Each Ball

Ball Side Crunch to other Side 10 Reps Each Ball

Twisting Ball Side Crunch 10 Reps Each Ball

Ball Crunch to Side/Middle/Side 5 Reps Each Ball

Ball In One Hand Overhead 10 Reps Each Ball

Ball In One Hand Overhead With Legs Up 10 Reps Each Ball

Fifth:

Balls 8 – 22 pounds

Standing Ball Twists 5 Reps Each Ball

Standing Ball Overhead/Between Knees 10 Reps Each Ball

Standing Ball “Vs” 5 Reps Each Ball

Standing Ball “Boxes” Reps Each Ball

Standing Ball Pass Behind Back to Wall 5 Reps Each Ball

Squat Ball Pick Up to Overhead  10 Reps Each Ball
