Small group again today.

We had a “ball theme” last time.

Today we’ll have a “wall theme”.

First:

Feet on the Wall Push Ups – 2 Sets 10

For this exercise the key is trying to keep the body parallel to the floor. It’s much easier the higher your feet are.

One Foot on the Wall Push Up – 2 Sets 10

Some folks thought this was harder and some thought it was easier.

Try it…put a pillow on the floor in case you do a face plant!

Knee toward Elbow Push Ups – 1 Set 10

This was tough.

Wall Walking Push Ups – 1 Set 5

This was tougher. Could be we did it last.

Second:

Wall Sit Straight Leg Raises – 5 sets 10

Wall Sit Knee Extensions – 5 sets 10

Fires up the quads and glutes!!

Third:

6 Medicine Balls 4 – 12 pounds

Wall Sit Medicine Ball Twists 5 Reps Each Ball 2 sets

Wall Sit Medicine Ball B/tn Knees and Overhead 5 Reps Each Ball 2 sets

Single Leg Wall Sit Med Ball Twists 5 Reps Each Ball Each Leg 2 sets

Fourth:

6 Medicine Balls 4 – 12 pounds

Wall Sit Ball in Front 15 Seconds Each Ball

Wall Sit Ball Overhead 15 Seconds Each Ball

Plain Old Wall Sit 2 Minutes

Fifth: Core/Abs

6 Medicine Balls 4 – 12 pounds

Balls To Wall Sit Ups 5 Reps Each Ball

Sit Up Med Ball Twists Feet on Wall 5 Reps Each Ball 2 Sets

Leg Raises Feet to Wall 25 Reps

Reverse Crunch Hip Ups to Wall 25 Reps
