It was “great” doing the dumbbell ladders last time.

So “great” I decided to do it again.

The whole time…

Start with the lowest DB, which means there will be a warm up, and go heavier.

You can go all the way through 14 of them or stop at the heaviest set that allows you to complete 5 reps. Stay at that weight until all 14 sets are done.

Only 8 sets for the triceps though.

First:

DB Squats

14 sets 5 reps Each

Up and Down the Ladder

Second:

8 Sets 5 Reps Each

DB Triceps Extensions

Up and Down the Ladder

Third:

14 sets 5 reps Each

DB Stifflegged Deadlifts

Up and Down the Ladder

Fourth:

14 sets 5 reps Each

One Arm DB Squats

Up and Down the Ladder
