The last two workouts have been tough.

Some of us are more sore quad wise and some hammy wise.

Today…almost all kettlebell stuff!

First: Agility Ladder Drills

Just to get the blood flowing through the stiff sore leg muscles.

Doing this today makes me think of doing a whole workout again just on the ladder.

We’ll see.

I gotta come up with a way to make it different than the last time.

Second: Kettlebell Swings

30 Seconds Max Reps

15 Second Rest

Third: Kettlebell Cleans

15 Seconds Max Reps

15 Second Rest

Repeat…

For 10 Minutes

Fourth: Kettlebell Clean/Press

15 Seconds Max Reps

15 Second Rest

Repeat…

For 10 Minutes

Fifth: Core/Abs

Bridges 50

Crunches 50

Bridge Reach Backs 50

Leg Raises 50

Lemon Squeezers 50

Table 30 Seconds

One Leg Straight Table 30 Seconds Each Side
