Totally sweated in the sweatbox!

First: Core and Burpees

Yep, that’s about it!

5 Core/Ab Exercises

12 Objects Ranging from a 6 pound ball to a 25 pound plate with some kettlebells thrown in as well.

5 Burpees after each Object…yep after every single object on every single exercise!

That’s a boatload of burpees!!

Well and a belly full of ab work as well.

Sit Up/Object Twists 5 Reps Each Object

Leg Raises Object Overhead 10 Reps Each Object

Object to Feet 10 Reps Each Object

Seated Leg Raises Object Overhead 10 Rep Each Object

Object Twist Off Floor to Overhead 6 Reps Each Object

Second: Burpees

Still had about 7 minutes left…

So how about some more Burpees??!!
