First: Agility Ladder Drills

Doing these just to get the blood flowing again.

Tons of drill to do on the ladders.

Might have to come up with another “all ladder” day!

Second: 20/80 Workout

Not the economic principle today.

Nope just exercise!

Jump Up/Jump Out 2 x 25 Yards

Lunges 2 x 25 Yards

Bridges 1 every 15 Seconds for 3 Minutes

Hop Backward 2 x 25 Yards

Quick Lateral Hops 2 x 25 Yards

Reverse Lunges 2 x 25 Yards

Bridges 1 every 15 Seconds for 3 Minutes
