10 pounds to 50 pounds x 5 Reps Each

Second: Circuit Training

9 Stations, 2 Cycles

Max Reps per Batwing Pulls

DB Incline Presses

Batwing Chain Tire Pulls

Squat to Ball Keg Overhead

Jumping Ball Slams

BB Curls

Ab Pullins on Slideboard

Ball on the Wall Push Ups

Plate Upright Rows

Kettlebell Swings

Third: Core/Abs
