Nothing but playing with the kettlebells today.

Yep the entire workout.

Kettlebell Ladders

Up and down the “ladder” twice for each drill.

10 pounds to 50 (5 pound increments)

Kettlebell Swings 5 Reps Each Bell

Kettlebell Cleans 5 Reps Each Bell

Kettlebell Cleans/Press 5 Reps Each Bell

Kettlebell Swings 5 Reps Each Bell

Kettlebell Clean/Squat/Press 5 Reps Each Bell

Kettlebell Cleans/Press/Squat Bell Overhead 5 Reps Each Bell
