You need balls for this one…

We had nine.

6 to 22 pounds each.

First:

Sit Up Twists 5 Reps Each Ball

Crunch Ball In One Hand 10 Reps Each Ball

Ball To Opposite Foot 10 Reps Each Ball

Jackknife 5 Reps Each Ball

Second:

Prone Ball Lifts 5 Reps Each Ball

Prone Ball/Leg Lifts 5 Reps Each Ball

Prone BallLift w/10 Flutter Kicks Each Ball

Side Crunches to Left 5 Reps Each Ball

Side Crunches to Right 5 Reps Each Ball

Third:

Ball Up The Middle Crunches 5 Reps Each Ball

Prone Leg Raises Ball at Feet 5 Reps Each Ball

Seated Leg Raises Ball Overhead 10 Reps Each Ball

Ball Overhead Lemon Squeezers 10 Reps Each Ball

Ball In One Hand Overhead Leg Raises 10 Reps Each Ball

Fourth:

Push Up/Plank Position On Ball 15 Seconds Each Ball

Seated Leg Raises Ball At Ankles 10 Reps Each Ball

Supine Ball To Left Foot 5 Reps Each Ball

Supine Ball To Right Foot 5 Reps Each Ball
