49TH workout of the year, 6/6/2012.

We’ll forget about any direct core/abs stuff today.

Today will be all upper body stuff.

Just ‘cause.

But first we’ll get moving with agility ladder drills.

First: Agility Ladder Drills

We haven’t made up any new drills lately.

Guess that means we’ll have to soon.

Might have to do and all agility ladder drill workout again!

It’s coming…

Second: Dumbbell Ladders

5 pounds to 50 pounds, 5 pound increments.

Up the ladder and back down

Push Up/Dumbbell Rows

Overhead Press

Triceps Extensions

Biceps Curls

Yeah…looks easy on paper…

NOT!
