BALLS WORKOUT!!

Did a little warm up today…

Not that we needed it!

Then on with the BALLS!!

First: Agility Ladder Drills

Playtime on the ladder!

Easy warmup.

That is…if you want to do a warm up!

Second: BALLS!!

Squat and Push Up emphasis.

Really it’s just plain ole nutty conditioning!

10 Med Balls, 4 – 22 pounds

Squats Ball In Front 10 Each Ball

Squats Ball Overhead 10 Each Ball

Push Ups 5 Each Ball

Squeeze Box Squats 10 Each Ball

Squats Ball Overhead One Hand 5 Each Side

Plyo Push Ups 3 Each Ball
