Kettlebells and Core (Abs) 2

Still feeling some of the stuff from the past couple of body weight workouts. At least we are on the recovery road.

First 30 minutes of the workout is all kettlebells.

We did something like this in the past. Of course, this is still different.

First: Kettlebell SwingsImage3

30 seconds, max reps, 10 second break.

2 sets of 10 Minutes Each

This got a bit tiring.

I think we’ll feel it tomorrow!

Second: One Arm Kettlebell SwingsImage5

Switching arms anyway.

30 seconds, max reps, 10 second break.

1 set of 10 minutes.

Third: Floor Stuff

Fourth: Medicine Ball Core/Abs

Six Med Balls

8 – 23 PoundsImage10

Seated Twists with feet Up 6 reps each ball x 2

Lemon Squeezers Ball Overhead 10 reps each Ball x 2

Ball to Feet Crunch 5 reps each ball

Unilateral Lemon Squeezers 10 reps each ball x 2

Ball from floor, twist, overhead 5 reps each ball x 2
