First: Chair Leg Stuff

20 Reps Each

  1. Chair Squats
  2. Wide Chair Squats
  3. Hands on Floor Squats
  4. Squat Twists Hands to FloorImage2
  5. Prisoner Squats Knee to Elbow
  6. Prisoner Squats Opposite Knee to Elbow
  7. Long Lunge and Chair Squat
  8. Diagonal Lunge and Chair Squat
  9. Short Lunge and Chair Squat
  10. Chair Jump Squats

Second:  Shoulder BurnsImage6

About 30 different arm movements.

All affecting the shoulder area.

Each movement is done for 30 seconds.

Ya gotta get as many reps as possible in that 30 seconds.

25 Ground Up Push Ups after all the shoulder stuff.Image14
