Workout for 11/25/2013
Getting a bit chilly in the box.
Gotta start layering the clothes now.
Since we are in the south (USA) there will be occasions when we can open up the door and turn the big fan on again.
First: Agility Ladder Drills
Just something to get the blood flowing.
Second: Special Crawling
Side Table Crawls
Backward Table Crawls
The limiting factor with the Table Crawls are not the shoulders but the triceps.
Third: Kettle Bell Swings And…
This is what we did for the rest of the workout.
A mix of kettle bell swings and another exercise.
The kettle bell swings were done for 15 seconds followed by 10 reps of another exercise.
This went on for 10 minutes of each combo and looked like this:
Kettle bell swings with burpees
Kettle bell swings with push ups
Kettle bell swings with squats
