10 Stations of Medicine Balls 6 – 24 pounds

Dumbbell Curls Ladder

Second: Triceps Extensions and SquatsImage4

Hold the medicine ball in front.

Regular Old Dumbbell Presses and Squats

For the squats you hold the ball on the left or right side.
