OK…still been at it as usual. Just a bit late on the blog.
Understatement, I know.
But here we go!

Circuit Training today. Worked out just fine.
Upper body to get things started. Then to lower body.
Then putting them both together and all in one hour.

Plate Upright Rows
Plate Presses
Sit Ups

Second: Lower Body Circuit

Chair Jump Squats
Keg Leg Curls
Small Keg Leg Curl
Foam Roller Leg Curls
Ball In Front Squats
Ball Overhead Squats
One Leg Bridges
