This is the 2 x 4 Workout. Went to Home Depot and bought a bunch of 8 foot 2 x 4s. The workout started off fairly benign. I thought I might just have to use the wood for some other projects.

But then things started to get a bit tougher.Image1

While not the hardest workout we’ve ever done, it was interesting! I’m sure we’ll do something like it again. Of course, on exactly the same!
