I saw a video by Nick Tuminello. on YouTube via Facebook. Really liked the pike position stuff on the Swiss ball.

My mind went devious and figured we could incorporate the move on several things around the gym.

I was thinking we would do a bunch of pikes and rollouts the entire hour.Image10
