The last workout was all body-weight exercises. Today is different. We used some weights today.

Heck every workout we do is different. Chaos programming!

We’ve climbed the Dumbbell Ladder before but never like this.
We spent some time sitting on the floor, kneeling, and some time standing.

First: Long Sit DB LadderImage8

Essentially, just sit on the floor and do the exercises. Much tougher than standing.

9 Total Sets
15 – 55 pound DBs

DB Press
DB Curls
DB Triceps Ext

Second: One Knee DB LadderImage11

Take a knee…then the other knee…all the way up the ladder.

Third: Kneeling DB LadderImage18

Squat down to pick up the DBs. Then take a knee (while hold the DBs). While kneeling on the floor, switch knees, then stand up. Repeat. Kind of a mix between a squat and a lunge.

Fourth: Standing DB LadderImage20

This is something we are used to. It was always kinda tough. Today it was easier…compared to the stuff that came before it!
