It was a chilly Saturday morning. I was kinda thinking no one was going to show up! That would have been OK. I’d just do something, anything and get out of there…
But hey a couple of people did come on over.
So we did a little quickie barbell workout.

45 Pound Bar or 25 Pound Bar

Chair Squat
Good Mornings
Heel Raises
Floor Press
Bent Over Row
Overhead Press
